Meet the Mayor

Steve Collier (scollier@cityoflawrence.org) is a lifelong resident of Lawrence, a city in which he grew up chasing baseballs at the old Franklin Park. It’s also the city he and his wife Chris chose to raise their family and teach. Steve taught for 33 years in Lawrence Schools. He coached football, and was Dean of Students as well. Steve has most recently served the city of Lawrence as city councillor for the fifth district.
