DPW seeking community input on bike/pedestrian master plan

January 2, 2018

Want to improve biking and walking in the City of Lawrence? This is your chance!

The City of Lawrence Department of Public Works would like your input. The City was recently awarded federal funding to assemble a bicycle-pedestrian master plan. This plan will aid the City in identifying projects for bicycle-pedestrian enhancements that have the most need and impact. Please complete the short survey online, which will help us identify these high priority areas for possible inclusion in the master plan to enhance the City’s bicycle-pedestrian infrastructure.

“This survey will help us focus on areas that citizens want to see in the bicycle-pedestrian master plan. Citizen input will be used to influence the types of projects that will be proposed in the master plan,” said Code Enforcement Director William Anthony.

Click Here to complete the survey. We appreciate your suggestions and for you taking the time to provide feedback. Please feel free to share this link. We would like to gather as much input as possible.

If you have questions about the survey or the overall project, please contact the Department of Public Works at (317) 545-8787.
