Water Utility requests customers complete and submit an income survey for grant

As part of the City of Lawrence Water Utility’s OCRA Grant Application process, the Water Utility is requesting residential customers residing within the project limits of the attached exhibit complete and submit a survey. Income Surveys are a required part of the application for the grant money and is a big factor in overall scoring. The higher the score, the better Lawrence's chances of receiving the grant funds. LU Superintendent Scott Salsbery said this grant offers up to $600,000 in funding.

Lawrence Residents residing within the project limits may complete the survey form and submit it to the Utility Office at 9201 Harrison Park Court, Lawrence, IN 46216, or they may send it directly to the Grant Administrator, NV Grant Services at the address at the bottom of the form. All information gathered will be confidential and only a collective summary will be included in our grant application.
