Curbside Leaf Removal Leaves are not to be swept, raked or otherwise pushed into streets for collection.
Leaves must be placed in paper lawn bags and placed curb-side for pick-up. The bags may be purchased at the City Controller’s office located in the City Government Center:

You may also puchase bags from retail establishments such as Lowe’s, Menards, Ace Hardware, Walmart, etc.
