Curbside Leaf Removal

Leaves are not to be swept, raked or otherwise pushed into streets for collection.  

Leaves must be placed in paper lawn bags and placed curb-side for pick-up.   The bags may be purchased at the City Controller’s office located in the City Government Center, Suite 205, 9001 E. 59th Street or from retail establishments such as Lowe’s, Menards, Ace Hardware, Walmart, etc. Leaves may also be placed in a container clearly marked "yard waste" and placed curb-side for pick-up. Leaves may not be in plastic bags.
