If you have a time sensitive issue, please call the Mayor's Action Center at 317.545.6191.

After Hours (i.e. After 4:30 PM Monday – Friday and on Weekends):

Please leave a detailed voice message including your name and phone number. Voicemails will be processed the next business day.

You may also fill out the online form below. Online service requests are processed Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (EST) within 48-72 hours.
