If you plan on serving alcohol at any of our facilities, you must purchase a $1,000,000 insurance policy and provide the Parks Department proof of insurance. Policies can be obtained through homeowners’ insurance policies, or through special event insurance companies.
- Parks approved security is required for parties larger than 50 or events after 8 p.m. To request security availability and fees, contact Lt. Pete Mickle at 317-281-4481.
- Rates include tables & chairs for 150 and use of the building and warming kitchen from 8 a.m.- 11 p.m. (Except Community Activity Center)
- Any caterer may be used.
- Security Deposit required to hold date.
- Rental fee must be paid in full 15 days prior to event.
