Engineering Department
The Engineering Department is responsible for the budgeting, planning, designing and managing of street, storm water and other infrastructure projects. The department is also responsible for Right of Way and Storm water permitting activities.
Permits
To apply for a Right of Way Permit or a Storm Water Permit, please use the below application and select the “Right of Way” or “Storm Water” under the Type of Permit Being Requested drop down menu.
Street Cut or Right of Way Permit Requirements
All Right of Way permit applications shall require a three (3) year maintenance bond in the sum of $10,000 for a specific location or a three (3) year blanket maintenance bond in the sum of no less than $100,000 for all locations per calendar year.
