Zoning
Beginning July 1st, 2021, all zoning variances and re-zoning petitions within the City of Lawrence, have to be filed with City of Lawrence DPW. They will be reviewed and decided by the City of Lawrence.
Platting (including waiver requests) and vacation petitions would still go through City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development.
