Snowstorm Preparedness Guidelines

With the possible arrival of a major winter weather this evening, we would like to give out some snowstorm preparation guidelines.

First and foremost, please do not get on the roads unless you absolutely must. If you must go out, be sure to prepare yourself for hazardous conditions. In order to assist our street clearing efforts we ask that you move all vehicles off of the streets and into driveways. Please give our snow force team plenty of room to navigate.

Lastly, keep yourself informed. Look for any additional information on local channels and the City of Lawrence’s social media sites as we get updates.
