Community Safety Day in Lawrence

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a fun day celebrating safety, community, and hands-on demonstrations with our public safety team at Lawrence Community Safety Day 2025!

Congratulations to the Lawrence Fire Department for taking home the win in the friendly relay race against the Lawrence Police Department!

Thanks to the generosity of the Vietnam Veterans of America and the Lawrence Sunrise Kiwanis Club, more than 175 kids in Lawrence received brand-new bicycle helmets.
