Explorers earn promotions

Chief David Hofmann promoted Isaiah Garrett, Garrett Pritchard and Tyler Harper to seargeant. Donny Woodcock was promoted to corporal during the ceremony at the Lawrence Government Center July 20. Mayor Steve Collier presided over the presentation to the youth who earned promotions in rank.
