Sealed proposals shall be received at the City of Lawrence Department of Public Works' office located inside the Lawrence Government Center at 9001 E. 59th Street, Suite 205, Lawrence, Indiana 46216 by no later than 2:00 P.M. (local time) on September 17, 2025. Any proposals received after 2:00 PM time shall be returned unopened. All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud soon after 2:00 PM on the same day (September 17, 2025) at the Public Assembly Room located inside the Lawrence Government Center (9001 E. 59th Street, Lawrence, Indiana 46216). Any proposals received after 2:00 PM time shall be returned unopened.
