Fortune Academy recognizes Dyslexia Awareness Month

Mayor Steve Collier presented a proclamation today at the Fortune Academy as the school recognizes Dyslexia Awareness Month in October. Prinicpal Janet George and LFD Chief Dino Batalis took part in the balloon send-off. Students at Fortune Academy will be providing blankets for the needy. LFD and the Fortune Academy students will provide assistance to those in need as the weather begins to chill.
