Lane Closure at 56th & Boyscout Rd

The City of Lawrence Utilities Department will be replacing a meter pit at 5601 Boyscout Road on Wednesday, June 11, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

To complete this work safely:

• The northbound lane of Boyscout Road will be closed
• The southbound lane will remain open to traffic
• Northbound traffic will be detoured via Wallingwood Drive
• Work is expected to be completed by 12:00 p.m. (noon)

Drivers are encouraged to use caution in the area and follow all posted detour signs. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our utility infrastructure.
