Winterfest Preparations Underway

Shoutout to our Streets and Parks teams for getting Lawrence ready for Winterfest!

They’ve been busy installing Winterfest banners, setting up the synthetic ice rink at Civic Plaza, and preparing for our Christmas Tree Lighting, parade, variety show, and holiday vendors.

This event kicks off Winterfest, running Nov. 29 – Jan. 4, featuring our Ice Skating Rink and Hot Chocolate Chalet every Saturday & Sunday from 3–7 PM at Civic Plaza.
