Students tour city, visit with Mayor Collier to discuss local government

Students from Julie Majercak's Belzer Middle School class visited with Mayor Steve Collier Tuesday and then took a walking tour of the city. A favorite stop was Christmas Card Lane, near the Civic Plaza on Wheeler Road.
