Horizon University opens at Horizon Christian Church campus; dedicates extensive library

Bill Goodrich, Dave Holly, Randall Dodge, Mayor Steve Collier, Mike MacIntosh and Jan Woodall took part in the ribbon cutting ceremony at Horizon Christian Church where the new library has recently been completed and Horizon University will serve the community. Dr. Dodge will preside as its president. He said the fully accredited institution is a biblically based curriculum and hopes to transform the lives of its students for service and ministry.
