Fort Harrison Collection System Capacity Improvements – Phase III

Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

Sealed bids shall be received at the City of Lawrence Utility Office, 9201 Harrison Park Court, Lawrence, IN 46216, Attn: Utility Superintendent, until 1:30 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, June 12, 2025.  After 1.30 p.m. and until 2:00 p.m. (local time) bids shall be received in the Public Assembly Room (PAR) located inside the Lawrence Government Center at 9001 E. 59th Street, Lawrence, Indiana 46216. Any proposals received after 2:00 p.m. (local time) shall be returned unopened. All proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud soon after 2:00 p.m. (local time) on the same day, June 12, 2025, in the Public Assembly Room located inside the Lawrence Government Center.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (local time) in the Public Assembly Room (PAR) located inside the Lawrence Government Center at 9001 E. 59th Street, Lawrence, Indiana 46216, to familiarize Bidders with this Project. Attendance by at least one representative generally familiar with the type of work being bid is mandatory for a prospective Bidder to be considered responsive.
