Everything! I miss everything. I wish I could taste the food again. The typical dish of the city of Puebla is the Mole Poblano. There is also Chiles en Nogada. There is so much that I miss. I have not been back in twenty years. I miss my family so much. Hispanic Heritage Month is beautiful and very important, so we can continue to follow the traditions, to not forget where we come from.

¡Todo! Todo extraño. Quisiera poder probar la comida de nuevo. El platillo típico de la ciudad de Puebla es el Mole poblano. También están los Chiles en Nogada. Hay tanto que extraño, No he regresado en veinte años. Extraño mucho a mi familia. El mes de la herencia hispana es bonito y muy Importante, así seguimos las tradiciones y no dejar desapercibido eso así no nos olvidamos de donde venimos.
