Heavy Trash

In the Spring and Fall of each year heavy trash/bulk collection will be available to residents at no additional cost. Each property will be allowed to place three (3) items at the curb in the Spring, three (3) in the Fall. The dates for the “free” collection will be communicated in the near future.

For additional items, you must pay and schedule at least 48- hours in advance before placing bulky waste/appliances out for collection.

There are excluded items not permitted for collection at the curb. These include, but are not limited to:

• Building refuse
• Construction debris
• Bricks
• Concrete blocks

When scheduling your bulk collection, our staff is happy to cover any exclusions to this program.
