Police Week 2018 includes special thanks for officers

Robbie Blackwell and his mother, Stephanie kicked Police Week 2018 off to a tremendous start on Monday when they delivered handmade cards and thank you notes, lunch from BW3s, a beautiful cake, and customized gift bags for LPD's canine officers.
