Traffic Alert – Sunnyside Road 

UPDATE (2nd Update):

Sunnyside Road has reopened following the safe removal of downed power lines, thanks to the quick work of our Streets Department after the lines were de-energized.  While AES still needs to complete permanent repairs, the road is currently safe to travel. Please note it may close again for future work.

Original Alert:

Sunnyside Road was previously closed from the 7100 block to the intersection at E 75th St. due to a downed power line. Our partners at AES continue to work on the issue, and as of 6:05 AM, there was no ETA for resolution.
