Restoration work continues on Oaklandon Water Tower Project

Work continues on the Oaklandon Water Tower to restore it inside and outside. Utilities Superintendent Scott Salsbery said the restoration project is underway and will reflect the Oaklandon Community's balloon-themed tower.
