Project begins at railroad tracks on 46th Street

The street crew has started to remove concrete from the closed road at E. 46th Street and Franklin Road near the railroad tracks. The road was closed in 2016 due to unsafe conditions for vehicles and businesses in the area. A permanent closure and small green space is planned for the location, said DPW Director Bill Anthony.
