Resident celebrates 100th birthday March 19

City Clerk Kathy Walton shared birthday cake with Benjamin Court resident Frances Neutzenhelzer today to celebrate Neutzenhelzer's 100th birthday. She was joined by LPD Chief David Hofmann and Crime Watch/Outreach Director Elia Sanchez James during the celebration.
