LC's Sellars wins selection for Congressional Art District 7

Lawrence Central's Blessed Sellars has been selected as the 2019 Congressional Art Winner for District 7. Sellars, a junior at LC, will be presented with her award recognition and her painting will hang in the Capitol for a year as one of the selected winners. In addition to the award, Sellars will travel to Washington DC as part of the award this summer.
