Notice is hereby given that the City of Lawrence Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission"), on the 17^th day of December, 2020, at 3:30 p.m. (local time) in the Public Assembly Room of the Lawrence Government Center, 9001 East 59th Street, Lawrence, Indiana, and via Zoom and Conference Call will open and consider written offers for the purchase of certain real estate (the “Real Estate”) generally located at 4423 N. Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46226 (Parcel Number: 4009570; State Parcel Number: 49-07-13-120-012.000-407) located in the City of Lawrence, Indiana.
