Community Room Dedication at East 38th Street Library

Special thanks and congratulations to Lawrence Township Trustee Steve Talley and his family for the recognition they received today at the East 38th Street Indianapolis Public Library! The Library Board dedicated the Community Room at that branch to Mr. Talley and his late wife Donna, for their decades of public service to the library, and especially to the generations of children who have relied on library programming as a critical part of their development and education over the years. Thank you to Steve and the entire Talley family!
