Firefighter Rech Completes Probationary Year

When a new firefighter is hired, they are given orange shields and helmet stickers to help identify them as probationary firefighters. At the end of their one year probation, they are presented yellow helmet stickers and their private shield. This morning, Firefighter Rech was presented his yellow stickers and private shield by Chief Batalis and Battalion Chief Funk.
