LFD voluntary cancer testing update

Great news from the City of Lawrence Fire Department!

Out of 101 eligible full-time first responders, 96 took part in the voluntary cancer testing sponsored by the Community Health Network Foundation. We’re pleased to share that all 96 tests came back with negative results!

This comprehensive blood test screens for 50 different types of cancer, ensuring our dedicated first responders are in good health. We’re grateful for the support and commitment to their well-being!
