Officers support Indiana Military Veterans Hall of Fame induction ceremony

LPD Chief David Hofmann, Chaplain Mel Keaton, Deputy Chief Gary Woodruff, and Captain Tracey Cantrell were honored to represent the City of Lawrence Indiana & LPD supporting the Indiana Military Veterans Hall of Fame Class of 2017 Induction Ceremony yesterday evening.The Indiana Military Veterans Hall of Fame (IMVHOF) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization founded in 2013, whose objective is “to publically emphasize the honor brought to our state and nation by the sacrifice of Indiana military veterans and their families.” The IMVHOF is currently building a permanent location at the American Legion, Department of Indiana Headquarters, at 5440 Herbert Lord Road.
