LPD Citizens' Academy class graduates

LPD Chief Dave Hofmann and Mayor Steve Collier congratulated the graduates of the Citizens' Academy last night at the Government Center. The academy began in March and included guest speakers. LPD introduced participants to police procedures and skills for officers.
