Naval commanders meet with Mayor Collier

Navy Lt. Commander Nick Smith, Executive Officer (left), Mayor Collier and Commander James Morton, Commanding Officer at the Naval Armory met this morning to discuss the readiness works of the Navy and Marines stationed in Lawrence and the many civic opportunities in the city.
