IMVHOF inducts Brooks and Umbarger

MG Ronald E. Brooks and MG Roy M. Umbarger were inducted into the Indiana Military Veterans Hall of Fame last Friday and were honored at the annual IMVHOF dinner at the Armory. LPD Deputy Chief Gary Woodruff, LPD Chief David Hofmann and Public Safety Chaplain Mel Keaton attended the induction ceremony.
