Flag raising for National Guard recognizes 382nd anniversary

Mayor Steve Collier, staff, and residents joined National Guardsmen SFC Robert Herman and Sgt. Brett Ballman in raising their flag at the Government Center in honor of the 382nd anniversary of the National Guard. Chaplain Bill Goodrich offered the prayer and Grace Renee Eckelbarger sang the national anthem.
