Citizens' Academy completes year two; 29 graduate

Congratulations to the Citizens Academy graduates for 2019. The semester-long class came to a conclusion last week after the academy convened throughout the spring. LPD Chief David Hofmann said 12 of the graduates had perfect attendance this year.
