School Board recognizes LTSF's 35th birthday

The MSD of Lawrence Township School Board honored the founding members of the Lawrence Township School Foundation Monday night. In 1984, former Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Percy Clark Jr. asked members of the community to join him in establishing the foundation, which would raise money to fund scholarships and experiences for students and teachers. Dr. Shawn Smith thanked Clark for his visionary leadership. With Clark, David Emmert, Eugene Allen, Ron Frieden, Robert Gandy, Marlene Koeller, and Gary McWilliams were present and received engraved plaques commemorating LTSF's 35th birthday.
