City Welcomes New Employee

Humphrey serves as the Financial Analyst for the City. He is responsible for advising the City on its financial strategy based on its past and current financial performance as well as leading revenue collections throughout multiple departments.

Prior to his role, Humphrey was a Tax & Revenue Analyst with the State of Indiana where he was responsible for revenue analysis and forecasting. Humphrey has been in the financial industry for several years and has had experience in banking as well as sales and Use Tax compliance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Political Science.
