This year, Lawrence Civic Plaza will be home to our very own ice skating rink! The 60 x 80 foot rink is made from a special material that recreates the glide of natural ice. Come experience it with us! We have rental skates on site! There will also be a hot chocolate hut at the rink to help you warm up! The Ice Rink will open to the public at 4:00pm.

The Christmas parade begins at the government center on 59th Street & Post Road at 5:30pm. A variety of city vehicles and Christmas Jeeps will accompany floats to the parades final destination of Civic Plaza.
