Lawrence Civic Plaza Ribbon Cutting

$1.5 million in renovations are wrapping up at Civic Plaza, including a new wind tree that will power all the outlets on the plaza, public seating, decorative concrete, bike racks, entryway arches, a walkway pergola, and more. These improvements where made possible through a partnership with the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority and by leveraging a Land & Water Conservation grant that was awarded to Lawrence by the DNR.
