Lawrence Utilities E-Billing Update

Attention Lawrence Utilities Customers: Lawrence Utilities upgraded to a new Online Payment System in December. To re-activate e-billing with Utility Access/Payments, you will need to create an account in the new Utility Access/Payment system if you haven't already.

You can continue to utilize our in-person payment kiosk at the Lawrence Government Center (9001 E 59th Street), available 24/7. You can make payments with cash, check, or credit card at the kiosk.
