FF Mike Williams Promoted to Lieutenant

Join us in extending congratulations to City of Lawrence Fire Department Firefighter Mike Williams on his promotion to Lieutenant today. He was sworn in by Mayor Deborah Whitfield, with his family and Fire Chief Wallace present to celebrate this achievement.
