Thank You Parks Department!

Their efforts keep the Lawrence Government Center accessible and ensure our parks are safe and welcoming for the community, even in winter weather.

During her visit, Mayor Whitfield also checked in on the exciting renovations happening at the Activity Center, where the team is painting, installing new light fixtures, and giving the building a fresh update.

The renovations are set to be completed by February, and we can’t wait to see the finished results. Thank you to our Parks Department!
