Mayor Visits C-Shift at LFD Station 37

Last night, Mayor Deb Whitfield enjoyed some Chinese takeout with the C-Shift crew at LFD Station 37. 

The Lawrence Fire Department operates on a 24-hours-on, 48-hours-off schedule with A-Shift, B-Shift, and C-Shift teams. Each shift is led by a Battalion Chief, ensuring round-the-clock emergency service for the City of Lawrence.
