National Night Out August 2, 2022

National Night Out is coming quickly upon us! On August 2nd, we’ll be visiting neighborhoods across the City of Lawrence, Indiana.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community.

There are approximately 18 housing communities and or apartment complexes along with a community organization that registered for this event! The communities and times are as follows:

Winding Ridge 6-8:30pm

Lenox Apts. 5:30-9pm

Watson Farms 6-8pm

Traditions 6:30-8pm

Trilobi Hills 6:30-8pm

River Oaks 6-9pm

CAFÉ 5:30-7:30pm

Franklin Apts. 5:30-7pm

Heritage Place at Parkview Apts. 6-8pm

Kensington Farms 6-8pm

One Penrose Place 5:30-7pm

Village of Merici 5:30-7pm

Boston Commons 6-8pm 

Fox Pointe 6:30-9pm

Wickshire Fort Harrison 5:30-7pm

Historic Standish Estates 6-9pm

Come out and meet your local officers and staff of the Lawrence Police Department at ONE of the biggest community events being held in August within the City of Lawrence.
