Lawrence Volunteers Deliver Meals

On Thanksgiving morning, Mayor Deb Whitfield joined Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett at Ivy Tech to help prepare meals donated by the Mozel Sanders Foundation, Inc.

Later that day, volunteers met at the Lawrence Government Center to package and deliver those meals to families in need. City staff were out in full force, along with Common Council member Tyrrell Giles, lending their time to support this new tradition.
