Indiana Tenant Habitability Guide – Created by the Indiana Justice Project and partners, this guide explains protections available to renters in Indiana and what steps you can take if you’re experiencing unsafe or unhealthy living conditions.

Renting in Indiana: A Handbook for Tenants – A practical resource that walks you through finding affordable housing, understanding leases and deposits, managing utilities, and knowing your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
