Pendleton Pike Median Landscape Improvements
Summary
Replacement of existing soil in medians along Pendleton Pike for areas slated for landscaping. Landscaping including perennials, shrubs, planting soil, stone cobble and hardwood mulch. Seeding of medians not slated for landscaping. Bid alternate for raised concrete planters and trees for portions of two medians.
Sealed bids are due by no later than 2.p.m on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026.
Sealed bids shall be received at the City of Lawrence Public Works office located inside the Lawrence Government Center at 9001 E. 59th Street, Suite 205, Lawrence, IN 46216 by no later than 2:00 P.M. (local time) on March 18th, 2026. Any proposals received after 2:00 P.M. shall be returned unopened. All proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud soon after 2:00 P.M. on the same day (March 18th) at the Department of Public Works Conference Room, located inside the Lawrence Government Center (9001 E. 59th Street, Suite 205, Lawrence, Indiana 46216).
