Lawrence Utilities Road Closure November 6

Traffic Alert – Lawrence Utilities will close a portion of Franklin Rd. at 50th Street on Thursday, November 6, to complete manhole repairs.

Traffic Impacts:

- The entry/exit to the Harrison Park neighborhood at 50th St. will be fully closed.

- Eastbound 52nd St. traffic approaching Franklin Rd. will be right-turn only.

- Both northbound lanes on Franklin Rd. will be closed, with traffic diverted into the inner southbound lane from the gas station to the first park entrance.

This setup will allow traffic to continue flowing in both directions.

Work will begin around 8:30 a.m. and is expected to last most of the day.
