Fort Ben Neighborhood Streetlights

We’ve heard concerns about street lights being out in the Fort Ben neighborhood, and we want you to know we’re on it.

Approximately 40 street lights are currently out, and we’re actively working with the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority to restore them.

These decorative Washington-style poles require specialized parts and are more complex to repair than standard lighting. As part of the solution, we’re planning to retrofit these lights to provide better brightness and improved street coverage throughout the neighborhood.

A coordinated repair and upgrade plan is underway, with installation of parts and new lighting targeted for this summer.
